Do I own my website and advertising accounts?

Yes. The domain, the website and its content, and your Google Ads and Meta accounts are held in your name. If we ever stop working together, you take everything with you.

Who will I actually be working with?

Saul Todd. I design, build and run the work myself, and I answer the phone. North Digital sits alongside North Computers, the Howden IT business I have run for 19 years, so email, hosting and equipment problems have a home too.

Can you guarantee Google rankings or a return on ad spend?

No, and be cautious of anyone who does. Rankings and advertising results depend on competition, budget and your market. What I can promise is a clear plan, tracking that shows what is happening, honest reporting, and changes when something is not working.

I already have a website. Can you improve it?

Often, yes. I will look at it with you and say plainly whether targeted fixes will do the job or whether a rebuild makes more sense.
